Eliminates the trial-and-error of replacing one side only: cover and disc are pre-balanced as a pair, fitted together at the factory and shipped as a single part number. Cast iron cover housing with heat-treated diaphragm spring, organic disc facing on sprung hub. Supplied factory-direct from an IATF 16949 certified plant in Jiangxi, China.

Installation & Maintenance Tips

1. Install as a matched pair. A clutch kit is supplied as a tuned cover + disc set — do not split it or mix with existing parts.
2. Confirm bearing inclusion. Check the Release Bearing field in the parameter table above. Bearing-equipped and bare-shaft kits have different part numbers — specify when ordering.
3. Centre the disc before the gearbox goes back in. Use an alignment tool to keep the disc hub concentric with the crankshaft, otherwise the input shaft will not engage.
4. Inspect the flywheel. Hot-spots, glazing or runout beyond 0.10 mm shorten kit life dramatically. Skim or replace the flywheel if needed before fitting the new kit.
5. Break-in. For the first 500 km, avoid riding the clutch, prolonged slip on hills and high-load dragging in upper gears.
