◉ Manufacturing and Inspection of Core Components Core components：such as hubs,damping springs,damping discs,rivets,and other related parts are all manufactured using automatic heat treatment equipment imported from Japan,and undergo computerized testing in compliance with OE standards.
◉ Testing items include:overall parallelism of the driven disc,drag travel,drag torque,buffer compression amount,thickness in compressed and relaxed states,torsional stiffness,torque capacity,and torque characteristics.Destructive testing is conducted on samples from each batch,mainly including ultimate torque testing and dynamic fatigue durability testing.
