Clutch Cover Assembly
◉ As the core material for high-quality clutch systems, clutch materials must feature a dense structure, free of blowholes, impurities and cracks, with uniform hardness and metallographic structure. To meet such stringent standards, clutch covers and pressure plates are cast and formed on advanced automated production lines. All clutch components undergo rigorous inspections, including chemical composition testing, tensile and bending strength tests, hardness testing and metallographic analysis.
◉ Diaphragm springs are manufactured with Japan-imported fully automatic heat treatment equipment. Prior to assembly, they are subject to computerized testing in accordance with Original Equipment (OE) load technical specifications, covering key items including peak value, valley value, inflection point (return stroke) and free height. During the entire production process of each clutch cover assembly, we conduct a 100% piece-by-piece full computerized inspection on every finished product. The main inspection items include mechanical stress test and dynamic fatigue endurance test.
